Besides being acclaimed as one of the foremost authorities on company affairs, he  has years of experience as a Moderator, Quizmaster and Corporate Trainer. He is also past President of Calcutta Management Association (CMA) and widely respected for his expertise on legal, finance, and strategic management topics.

An MBA for XLRI, he has attained considerable experience in industry with various leading Advertising Agencies like Contract, Clarion, etc. Associated with IIM Calcutta and XLRI, Jamshedpur, and as Adjunct Faculty with ICFAI and Senior Faculty with APEX.

Madhumita Basu

Currently Sr. General Manager – New Business, Eveready Industries Limited.  She has held senior positions with Exide prior to moving to her current assignment with Eveready.  She enjoys teaching and has lectured in Marketing and Sales for IIM Calcutta’s MDPs and CII, among others.  She also conducts Case Study workshops for other Corporates and has presented a Case paper in Strategic Marketing Magazine. She is an Assessor for CII Exim Bank Awards for Business Excellence and was a member of the team assessing TISCO, which was adjudged the award winner in 2000.  Mrs. Basu has also received the CII- Subroto Lahiri special recognition award for Young Managers.

An MBA for XLRI, he has over 30 years of work experience in Consultancy, Advertising and the Power Sector.  Presently he is with CESC Ltd. in the Human Resource Department.  He has conducted several workshops on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Counselling for personal transformation.

PhD in Business Management, MSc in Engineering (University of Warwick, UK). Has 26 years of work and training experience with the organizations like NTPC, DRDO, BHEL, CDAC, and others, and is currently teaching at various renowned Management Institutes.

  Rita Bhimani -

She has been in the practice of Public Relations for over 25 years. A Master’s Degree holder in Journalism from the University of Georgia, USA, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the International Public Relations Association and Chairman of its Education and Research Committee. In that capacity, she was involved with several workshops around the world, in Istanbul, Toronto, Helsinki, Melbourne, Bombay, which focussed on Educating the PR Educators. She has been lecturing on the subject in neighbouring countries in modules for senior executives in varied corporate set-ups.
