Methodology

• Coordinate with the organisation to finalise the relevant course of study, duration, level and number of participants, venue, timings, and other logistics
• Organisation shall appoint a Program Coordinator to work in close association with the Coordinator from APEX
• APEX will supply all the study material & books, schedule & deliver classes, lectures, and seminars throughout the duration of the course
• Faculty members and trainers shall be committed and experienced with considerable industry and academic exposure 
• Some senior managers and executives from the organisation would be requested to provide inputs specific to the organisation
• Periodic Review Sessions involving course participants, co-ordinators and APEX coordinator to ensure that the program continues to meet individual and company needs
• Internal assessments, assignments, and external examinations shall be conducted as per a pre-planned schedule
