Experiential Learning – or learning based upon an experience – is designed to take the participants out of the comfort of familiar surroundings and have them go through some activities to accentuate the learning process.
APEX works closely with its associate – Intertek – to provide Outbound Training Programs and Experiential Learning to corporates.
The outdoor and adventure activities are carried out under expert supervision and conform strictly to all safety standards. The varying learning needs of the group of participants is taken into consideration when designing the program in order to present meaningful challenges relevant to learning.
