1. Cancellation received more than three weeks before the date of booked course will be charged at 50% of booking amount
2. Cancellation received less than three weeks before the date of booked course will be charged at 100% of booking amount
3. Change of names of the nominated individual is allowed. Information should reach us 24 hours prior to the start of the training program
