All over the world, executives are feeling the powerful effects of change.  Management principles are continually being reinvented, new practices are being adopted, innovative paradigms are being introduced -- in fact, the forces of creative destruction are compelling executives to rethink . . . and relearn.  Executives need to invest their time and resources in continuous learning programs to understand and implement the latest management paradigms in modern business.

The Centre for Managerial Development, Centre for Corporate Consulting, and Centre for Teacher Training are initiatives undertaken by Academy for Professional Excellence (APEX) to address this issue and present an opportunity for executives to upgrade their skills and knowledge on relevant management topics.  The modules are selected keeping in mind the needs of modern businesses and provide valuable insights into various functional aspects of management principles and practices.

The Academy has collaborated with various international institutions to provide globally relevant training.  The executive programs are designed to provide domain specific, technical & functional, as well as transactional & interpersonal skills to enable managers to assume greater roles and responsibilities within their organisations. 

APEX has also collaborated with the Young Leaders Forum - Indian Chamber of Commerce to present an annual calendar of training programs appropriately entitled ‘Knowledge Series’.  It is also working with various organisations to providing in-company custom designed modules and consulting services to address their particular needs.

Our latest initiative is in the area of Teachers Training wherein we are delivering a Diploma for Teachers & Trainers in partnership with University of Cambridge International Examinations, UK.  The program enables teachers to learn the international and modern best practices in teaching and is especially relevant for teachers following international school and college curriculum.
