Apart from the academic background needed to satisfy the eligibility for various courses, APEX considers various other factors to select candidates who possess a high potential for leadership and a desire to learn.

The Admissions Board will give preference to candidates who have demonstrated above average academic performance, good results in competitive exams, visible initiatives in extra-curricular activities in school/college, in the workplace, or within their communities. Candidates should demonstrate leadership potential, social consciousness, maturity, ambition, and a drive to excel in their chosen fields.

Procure the Application Form and Prospectus for Rs. 300/- at the campus or send in Demand Draft payable at Kolkata in favour of ‘Academy for Professional Excellence’ for Rs. 390/- in case you want it posted within India.

Fill up the Application Form and submit with all documents including past academic credentials, certificates, Entrance Exam Results, and others as per the specific course requirements.

For courses which require the Group Discussion and Personal Interview, make sure you appear on the specified date in case you are shortlisted.

After Selection, fill up the Registration Form and submit the requisite fee. Submit the required documents, photographs and complete all other formalities within the deadline announced.

Can be downloaded and sent in with the application fee of Rs.390/- for Prospectus to be mailed later.

It is our endeavour that financial inability should not be a constraint for students to complete a course with us. To this end, we provide various options which students may avail to raise enough resources to complete their course.

The Institution has a tie-up with leading banks to provide loans at concessional interest rates to students who need financial assistance. APEX shall help all students with the processing and disbursement of the loans. Loans are available to all students subject to them meeting the loan & documentation requirements of the banks.

Deserving students are provided scholarships strictly on a merit basis to help them subsidise the cost of education. APEX has its own scholarship test, but often considers performance in other competitive examinations as a fair indicator of the candidates' calibre. Tests are followed by personal interviews to understand the overall ability of the candidate. Recipients are selected on the basis of exceptional academic and professional performance, as well as personal qualities such as leadership, integrity, and community service.

Many students at APEX are nominated by their employers and receive either complete or partial employer sponsorship to cover the cost of their continuing education. Such nominations provide an ideal opportunity for employers to groom their talented employees to greater roles within their companies as well as providing an incentive for them to stay and grow with the company. Some companies who have recently availed of this opportunity include ITC, Compaq, Gujarat Ambuja, Jayshree Textiles, NALCO, and Nokia.
